If the water source level is higher than the dripper, an anti-siphon valve must be installed.

Clock set to 10:10, timer start at 10:11, interval 1 hour. Pump didn't start at 10:11. Why?

When "Hour" is set, timing starts from "Set Clock". Example: set clock 10:10 am, start time 12:30 pm, interval 1 hour—pump runs at 11:10 am, then 12:10 pm, and so on. ("Start Time" only works with "HOW OFTEN(d)". )
Does the pump/timer operate while plugged into USB-C for continuous charging?

Yes, the pump/timer runs while connected to USB-C power. You can charge it year-round without relying on battery. During charging, you can't modify settings, but pre-set programs run as scheduled. Set programs before charging.
I connected the thicker tube to 'in' but the thinner tube doesn't fit 'out'. What should I do?

The kit has a thick silicone tube and a thin PVC tube. Cut the silicone tube into two segments, connect them to outlet and inlet. Connect the thin PVC tube between lockable connector tees.
I am out for 3 months can i program it for 3 months？

When fully charged, the system lasts 2-3 months theoretically. Frequent watering drains battery faster. For 3 months away, keep it plugged in for continuous power.
